This FUN Club Photography Form will allow us to use pictures that we may take of you at FUN Club events as publicity for the FUN Club.
Of course, we will make sure that you are happy about this when we take them, but, as I'm sure you know, we've got to have it on paper.

cbit (The Child Brain Injury Trust)
The Child Brain Injury Trust is a charity that is set up to support children, young people and families affected by an acquired brain injury to help them to achieve their potential. They run local groups, provide information, offer activity holidays for brothers and sisters, provide small grants, and much more.

Brain and Spine have a website with information about different types of acquired brain injury and their treatment.
Headstrong kids is their excellent brain tumour site for kids.

The Ships Project (Supporting Head Injured Pupils in School) is a Bristol based charity that provides support for children re-entering school after brain injury. It also provides schools with support and training to help them to meet the changed, and changing, needs of each child.

Whoever you have to care for, being a carer is hard and often lonely work.
The Royal Trust for Carers provides support for all carers, including running local groups, advice, access to trips, time off from caring, Emergency Cards that a carer can carry that will ensure that if a carer becomes ill, the person they care for is supported, and much more. There are links from here to groups around the country.

BIBIC is the British Institute for Brain Injured Children. It offers help support and advice for children and their families.

The Neurological Alliance hosts a range of charities that supply information to people suffering from neaurological conditions.
Headway Devon Children's Centre Specialist Charity which provides both Centre based rehabilitation and one - to - one community outreach to adults and children who have aquired brain injury. Many of the children that attend Headway Devon were patients at Frenchay.

The Ellwood Centre, Woolland, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 0ES
None of our members have personal experience of this Centre, but we have details. The Centre has 3 Self-Catering Cottage, indoor heated splash pool with a hoist, treatment room where a range of therapies can be applied. Everywhere is fully wheelchair accessible.
